About this Product

Introducing one of our best selling Burrito Wraps.  The Mouse Grey & Pastel Pink fleece is crafted with your dog's warmth and comfort in mind.  Say goodbye to boring colors and ill-fitted winter coats. 

We have embroidered the name on the strap of the coat for that added customization.   Delightful flowers adorn this wrap, and the best feature is that you can remove them for washing or to change up the look.

**Winter knit hat on featured model (in pictures) is NOT included.

The wrap style hugs the tummy while allowing freedom of movement for your dog's arms and legs.  With snaps and/or hook and loop tape, you can easily secure the waist and strap for a comfortable customized fit.  Additionally, you can easily incorporate your own harness underneath the wrap for convenience.  Let us know your preferred placement for the flowers, and we'll make it happen!

Sizing details

To get the best custom fit for your dog, this is the information that I need first. Any clarification, questions or other special requests not mentioned are followed up in other messages.

  • MEASUREMENTS (in inches)

  • Please include a picture of your dog. It really helps when drawing and designing patterns.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Custom order listings are cancelled if I do not hear from you within three days (72 hours). I need this information to begin the order.

  • Cancellations: Accepted within three days or 72 hours of purchase.

  • Please know that there is NOTHING that can take the place of your loving attention and supervision of your beloved pet. With D - rings it is your responsibility to judge the amount of restraint it offers to your dog. You may not be able to utilize a D-ring based on how your dog pulls on a leash.

  • NEVER leave your pet unattended while dressed, wearing a coat, harness, or on a leash.  Burrito Wrap Dog Co. is not responsible for any loss or injury related to or caused directly or indirectly by the use, abuse or misuse of my products. 

Gift wrapping and packaging

  • Each item is carefully and individually wrapped. Almost like receiving a gift. Higher end items get the VIP treatment and will be sent in a decorative box for storage. It's exciting to receive a new garment/costume in the mail for your fur baby. I want the packaging to reflect that anticipation and excitement. I will double wrap each package in case the outer package gets ripped during shipment. Each item is thoughtfully packaged and we will often use the least expensive cost and recycled, earth friendly materials to keep the expenses down for me and more importantly, for you!

Care instructions

  • Included with each purchase will be a detailed sheet giving you all the options on how to care for your garment. If you are concerned about the care of any item in my shop, let me know, and I will be happy to provide additional details.

SHIPPING *** Once a package enters UPS or US POSTAL SYSTEM, delivery times are out of my control I DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY TIMES.

  • Please know that I will use the sturdiest packaging possible to ship your items. What your item arrives in is a reflection on me and I take great care to preserve the same high quality I expect from myself in every facet of the sale. 

  • I will notify you when your item ships and will keep you posted if there are any problems. I will also include a confirmation number for tracking purposes at no additional charge to you. 

  • I have recently been using UPS Ground Shipping. Please double check to make sure the address listed in your account is the address where you want your item sent. If it is not, it is very important to notify me exactly what address you want me to use.

  • The customer is responsible for providing a safe and secure place for packages to be delivered. I can't be held accountable if the delivery spot is not secure. Once a tracking number status indicates, "delivered", I will not be able to refund or replace an item for free. If you didn't get the package but the post office marked it as delivered, you need to contact the post office to see where the delivery was left. If your package was delivered to your address but In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you can't find it, I am unable to refund. You would need to file a stolen mail report with the US Post Office and your local police so that they can track cases and see if there are patterns of mail theft from "Porch Pirates". Please contact me to update me on your progress. This will help me know when or if I will need to assist in recovering your lost order.

  • But I want it now! -------> That's impossible! Please know that I will do my best to get your items to you in time.

  • I do offer Express Shipping through UPS.  I can use expedited shipping but want you to know that it will be an additional charge. Upon request, I will have a listing created for an expedited shipping upgrade.

  • HOLIDAYS This is the busiest time of year. It is my goal to expedite your order and get the item you ordered completed and mailed out to you in time. Please be aware that there may be longer processing times based on the influx of orders that I receive. I will keep you updated and let you know approximate, realistic time frames your order will be sent to you. Once the US Postal Service or UPS Carriers receive it, I am no longer in control of how fast your package will take to get to you. I will always provide a tracking number for you and this will help with following your order throughout the delivery system.

REMEDY FOR US MAIL CARRIER SERVICE

File a Claim Online with USPS.com. Please look up UPS Online for their Claim Procedures.

  • When I use USPS and UPS, all packages are sent insured. 

  • You may file an indemnity claim for insured mail, COD items, Registered Mail with postal insurance, or Priority Mail Express packages.

  • Each mail service has a different timeframe for filing.

  • If your package arrives damaged or with missing contents, you may file a claim immediately.

  • With current technology that is offered to mail services, there is GPS scanners that are able to see exactly what address the package was delivered to. There are situations where they take a picture of your package where they left it. Most likely it will be your front door and you will be able to identify if it is your place of residence. If they made a mistake , mail carriers will need to investigate further on how to get your package back. If the package was delivered to your address, and there is proof, the mail carriers will not be able to help you. 

  • If the package wasn't delivered and the tracking doesn't show that it was received, please let me know. I do track orders that I send and will be able to see if something wasn't delivered. I will keep you informed and send updates as I get them.

Do I Ship Internationally?

No. With the exception of CANADA, I will not ship internationally. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Wholesale availability

  • I will not be able to process wholesale or drop ship requests. The concept of Burrito Wrap Dog Co. is to emphasize a custom fit. That cannot happen with wholesale orders.

Return Policy:

  • I want you to be thrilled with your Burrito Wrap Dog Co product and I stand behind the quality of every item that's made. If something does not meet your expectations, please contact me so I can make it right. (see below)

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. 

  • Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges. I must have the item returned and physically in my hand in order to proceed with the refund (minus shipping charges).

  • Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive a coupon code for 30% off. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • We cannot accept returns after 60 days

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax minus the shipping charges.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless I sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case I will provide a complimentary return label. This determination will be made on a case by case basis.

  • All items returned to me cannot be resold because of health reasons. Any items sent from my shop has never been modeled or worn by another dog. I do use mannequins and other various (non living) measuring devices for fitting purposes.

Basic Requirements

  • If you would like to work towards building that custom fit Burrito Wrap for your dog, mutual respect & consideration is required.

  • I reserve the right to cancel any order, with or without cause, at my discretion. All payments made by the buyer to the seller will be returned/refunded immediately utilizing the same payment method the buyer paid with.

  • All messages, conversations and documentation will be submitted in writing using the goimagine messaging system.

  • I will not send or receive private emails off the goimagine Website.

  • I will not accept a phone number to call and I will not give out my phone number. Having something to refer back to will protect both the buyer and seller so that there is no miscommunication or interpretation of what the order states.

"Custom" defined and Personalized Orders

  • Most, if not all of my orders are custom made based on measurements provided. In order to have something fit correctly, it is very important to receive accurate measurements. Any help I can give to you in regard to measurements, just let me know!

  • "Custom Order" does not mean, altering/designing already existing patterns into something entirely new/different. New designs require testing.

  • I will not be able to use or buy materials not already in my inventory. No requests to mail material to me directly will be accepted. No information will be sent to me with instructions to buy supplies/materials that I do not already have.

  • I will not take someone else's work and try to re-create it. This does not fall into the "custom" definition in my shop. I am open to new ideas and suggestions. They will be noted when I begin a new product design.

  • Custom order listings are cancelled if I do not hear from you within three days. I cannot proceed with an order without payment. Custom orders are specifically detailed and designed for your pet in mind. I draw patterns for each order and in most cases do not maintain an inventory of pre-made items.

  • I will never use other companies Trademarked or Copyright Intellectual Property in my shop. I have no time, interest or money to invest in litigation with a company that seeks to protect their rights to their intellectual property that is not my own. Parody or Fair Use will not be a loophole I am prepared to exploit.

Raw Materials & Supplies

  • This shop does not sell/include raw materials or patterns/designs. This includes, fabric, designs, hardware, snaps buttons, ribbon, any and all proprietary information, etc.

  • I do not have time and will not be able to order, or have requests for personalized raw materials sent to me to buy exclusively for a custom order. I will be happy to assist in using any materials that I have in my inventory. If I don't have it, I can't make it.

FEEDBACK

  • I will not know how your buying experience turned out without feedback or a quick message from you. Its not required but I would like to know how you felt about your order. The good, the bad, the ugly, the silly, the things that you are happy with or aren't so happy with. That is how I grow as a designer. Remember: It is my goal to provide 100% buying satisfaction in my shop. If, for any reason you are not happy, please communicate that to me. There is most often a remedy to make it right.

This is my second custom coat from Burrito Wrap Dog. My first coat was over 5 years ago and it’s still in use and in great shape. This coat is for a new chihuahua, Faith, whose a bit overweight and hard to fit. It’s made with a double layer of fleece and is completely adjustable around the middle for when Faith loses weight. This is perfect for our PA winters. We recently had wind chills of -17 and my dogs were nice and warm. Being chihuahuas their bellies are close to the ground and the design of the coat keeps their bellies warm and dry in snow. The collar can be pulled up over their ears. Cindy is great at getting back to you very quickly, answers any questions you might have and turn-around time is very quick. This is your go to shop if you need a warm, quality dog coat that your dog will have for years.
