Rosie is modeling our new vest in OSU Oklahoma State print. The vest is made to be as adjustable as possible, closing with velcro in 3 separate places. It is fully lined.
*These dog outfits can adjust at the tummy and the shoulders, but it is very important to double check your dog's measurements as there are no returns.
The chest measurement reflects the total inches around the chest and back, just behind the front two legs.
