It is approximately 20 " around. So it's approximately 7 " wide and 3 " deep. The height is approximately 8.5 " at the front and back, not including the strap holders. It is large enough to fit a 40 ounce insulated water bottle plus a 20 ounce dog water bottle. There is also plenty of room for your cell phone in the outer slip pocket. An extra long cross body strap with shoulder pad makes for a comfortable hike for you and your dog(s)! Water bottles not included.
