Hello and Welcome to my crazy little miniature world! I have been playing with dollhouses and miniatures since I was a small child. Let's say, I still haven't stopped playing (let alone grown up!). Play is such an important part of life at any age, and it is my goal to help you bring a little bit of miniature magic to life (and maybe a little silliness as well). Designing and fabricating miniatures has always fascinated me and my idea of playtime is in the detail: figuring out how to make something realistic while maintaining the hobby that has literally been with us for thousands of years. Even the Egyptians had mini figurines....yup...it's true! SO lets have some fun together building all kinds of memories and maybe a few artifacts to pass on to the next generation of mini enthusiasts!

When I went through the process of buying a home, I was astounded at the amount of paperwork that needed signing. That's when I realized I didn't have a deed for any of MY dollhouses! As silly as having one may sound, miniaturists love passing their treasures on or buying new ones for the next generation. So what better way to keep the legacy and history alive of one of your greatest creations!

SHIPPING POLICIES:
*I ship using USPS-ground and USPS-priority. I highly encourage priority delivery because it protects your order by automatically providing tracking numbers and $50.00 insurance to cover a range of unfortunate shipping incidents.
*I am in NO WAY responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
*I cannot offer refunds for lost shipments if the USPS says delivery has taken place however, if a shipment has not been delivered please feel free to contact me for assistance.
*I DO NOT replace items damaged due to the delivery process. If such an event occurs, please contact your local USPS office.
*Customers are responsible for return postage for any product that needs to return to my shop for any reason.
*Please allow for a longer delivery experience during postal holidays, weekends and inclement weather patterns.

GENERAL SHOP POLICIES:
*Unless otherwise noted, all my miniatures are 1:12 scale. This scale is typical for hobby dollhouse enthusiasts. It means something that measures one inch actually represents something 1 foot long. For example, a 3 foot long table would be 3 inches long in miniature. Please contact me if you have unusual measurements you need help with.
*Most of my minis have been protected with varnish therefore wooden products may by gently wiped with a damp cloth. If a fabric needs cleaning: use a mild detergent, rinse with plenty of clean water and allow to air dry. I do wash all my fabrics prior to sewing however I cannot guarantee fabric bleed.
*Refunds and cancellations are available upon request PRIOR to shipment. If an item has already shipped, it must be returned in its original (unopened) container, Original condition and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the person returning the product.
