When my oldest, McKenna, was growing up, she faced the challenge of finding personalized items with her unique name. Feeling inspired to solve this issue, I created a personalized Christmas ornament for her and shared it on my website. The positive response led me to start a local business, and soon after, I expanded to the e-commerce community and left my corporate management job.
