Shop Policies
What is the turnaround time for my order?
I generally ship paint kit orders within 3 business days of cleared payment and door hangers ship within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Some custom orders may take up to 10 business days to ship. I do my absolute best to stick to this time frame, even through busy holiday seasons.
Where Is My Order/Package?
Once your order is mailed out of my local post office, it is the responsibility of the USPS to deliver it to you. I upload your tracking info shortly after your order is mailed. The USPS website or USPS customer service phone number is available to track your package, make inquiries regarding lost, undelivered, damaged, or late deliveries. Occasionally a delivery attempt will be made but without success. USPS will leave a notice that the attempt was made and the item may need to be picked up at your local post office.
Can My Order Be Shipped Internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Occasionally shipping damages happen, particularly during busy holiday seasons. Please let me know right away if your item arrives damaged. In order to assist you I will need uploaded pictures showing the damage/s. Once your pictures are received I will work out a replacement/exchange/refund with you which may include a claim filed with USPS and damaged packaging and contents being turned into your local USPS.
Returns & Exchanges
ByJenniLee does NOT accept returns. Refunds or exchanges will NOT be given. All sales are final. Because your item is handmade to order, I encourage you to read the item description for details and to ask any questions prior to ordering. Realize the picture is my sample and I do my best to recreate it just for you.
