Fully lined, double ruffled balloon curtain made of of Roc-Lon Tea Dyed Light Muslin. Tea dyed muslin is a khaki color. It is a stationary balloon curtain and does not raise up and down but I can make it any length you want. This one is 27 inches from the rod down to the end of the ruffle. It is 90 inches wide before gathering on the rod and will fit any standard sized window up to 45 inches wide or a bit wider.
