From Necessity to Innovation: How a 3D Printer Transformed Our Lives and Created a Business

As unusual as it may sound, our journey began when Brian needed to put on a pair of shorts. Due to his disability, he has very limited mobility and required assistance. Unable to find a suitable solution on Amazon, Brian, being the problem solver that he is, bought a 3D printer and learned CAD. A couple of weeks later, he had designed and printed an adapter that enabled him to put on his shorts independently.

But Brian didn't stop there. He started analyzing his daily activities and brainstorming ways to simplify his life. As a result, you will find many items in our store designed specifically for people with mobility issues.

Melissa, on the other hand, sees the 3D printer as a gateway to home decor and organization. She has reorganized the bedroom closet, bathroom closet, bathroom vanities, and both nightstands. Her quest for organization won’t stop there! Consequently, you will find many items in our store aimed at women with a passion for decorating and organizing.

Our 3D printer has opened the door to countless possibilities, and we want you to be a part of our exciting story. Join us!

3D Printing Quality

Please note that all 3D printed parts may exhibit minor imperfections due to the nature of the 3D printing process. These imperfections, including but not limited to visible layer lines, small surface irregularities, and slight variations in color or texture, are inherent to additive manufacturing and do not affect the overall functionality or structural integrity of the part. We strive to minimize these imperfections to provide the best possible quality.

What is PLA?

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is the most popular type of plastic used in 3D printing and we use PLA in the majority of our items because it is an excellent choice for many applications. Eco-Friendly: PLA is made from renewable plant resources, reducing its carbon footprint and making it a sustainable choice for environmentally conscious consumers. Biodegradable: Unlike petroleum-based plastics, PLA can break down under industrial composting conditions, contributing less to landfill waste. Versatile: Suitable for creating high-quality, detailed 3D prints with a smooth finish. Non-Toxic: PLA is safe to use for household items and decorations, as it does not emit harmful fumes during the printing process.

What is PETG?

PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) is a durable and versatile material and is known for its excellent heat resistance and recyclability. We use PETG for items that will be used outdoors or need to withstand higher temperatures. Heat Resistance: PETG stands out for its superior heat resistance, making it suitable for products that need to withstand higher temperatures without deforming. Durability: This material is strong and impact-resistant, ensuring that your 3D printed items are robust and long-lasting. Recyclable: PETG is fully recyclable, contributing to a more sustainable environment by reducing plastic waste.

Care instructions

Handling: Avoid dropping or applying excessive force, as 3D printed parts can be weaker than traditionally manufactured items. Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush to remove dust. For more thorough cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking parts in water. Do not use solvents or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the material. High Temperatures and PLA PLA is sensitive to heat and can deform at temperatures above 60°C (140°F). Keep away from direct sunlight, heaters, or hot cars. High Temperatures and PETG PETG has better heat resistance but can start to soften at temperatures above 80°C (176°F). Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
