Organic, all natural peppermint bark, hand crafted and made in small batches. NO red food dyes and no corn syrup.
The top layer is a creamy layer of organic white chocolate and sprinkled in organic peppermint pieces. The bottom layer is 70% dark chocolate which is also sprinkled with organic peppermint.
All chocolate is direct trade from Conexion Chocolate Ecuador and is USDA organic, Heirloom cacao, cocoa of Excellence, Kosher and Green Certified with multiple awards.
Made with food grade organic peppermint oil and organic peppermint pieces.
Peppermint Pieces Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, organic brown rice syrup, natural peppermint flavor, organic vegetable and fruit juice concentrate for color (radish, apple and blackcurrant). It is non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan and kosher.
Chocolates:
70% Dark Chocolate: ( organic cacao mass, organic can sugar, organic cocoa butter & organic sunflower lecithin)
33% White Chocolate ( organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, whole milk powder, natural vanilla & organic sunflower lecithin)

How it’s Made
I source all of my heirloom cacao direct from the farmers who own a co-op in Ecuador. It's all organic and pure chocolate with none of the junk - offering the highest quality possible. I use organic dye free peppermint. I use 100% food grade natural peppermint oil for the flavoring in the layer of dark chocolate. So you don't have to worry about junk, dyes or chemicals in your food. I don't use preservatives. My peppermint bark is made fresh and in small batches by hand.
