These sleeves will not me made or repeated in these exact color combinations again. Yours is unique. The sleeves are made already, but you may personalize YOURS by choosing a bow, flower or neither which I will add at time of order. The embellishments will be in an unknown color to you, but from the same color palette.

Meet the Maker
Hello! I’m Zay, and like all the cool kids do, I learned to crochet during one January-term in college. It’s many, many years later, and I still love crocheting for friends and family and now for you, too! Personally, I find satisfaction in making something I can use that is also beautiful. You’ve probably noticed this theme reflected in the items I make.
I’m a born and bred Hoosier, except for a few years when as newlyweds, my husband and I moved to Texas. (Hi, LCC! We still miss you!) I’m now a French teacher, and after a day of teaching French at the high school and wrangling middle schoolers, crochet in the evenings is my happy place. If I’m not creating something, I can be found with my nose in a book, watching a police procedural or romping with my six dogs. I know that’s quite a lot, but dang it they are cute! When not home, my husband and I like backpacking and world traveling. I’d love to go visit (some again, some for the first time) the exchange students we’ve hosted that are now family.

Payment
I accept payments via Stripe, which includes credit and debit cards, ACH and Bank transfers.
Payments must be completed in full before any orders are processed or shipped.
Shipping
In-Stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days.
Processing times for custom made orders will vary depending on the item, which I will communicate with you once I receive the order.
Shipment is sent to the address provided by goimagine, so please double-check that everything is correct before completing your order.
I currently only ship to the Continental US.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
I accept cancellations within 24 hours after purchase. After that, orders are typically in production, and cancellation is not possible.
If you need to make changes to your custom order (such as a different size or color), please contact me within 24 hours of submitting your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns: Please reach out to me before returning anything. Most items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out, and I will be happy to assist. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any additional shipping fees for the exchanged item.
Custom, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Lost Items
I pack all items with care, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with a photo of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund. Please allow additional processing time in the event of a replacement.
Custom Orders
If available, please provide all customization details (such as sizes, colors, etc.) when ordering to ensure the product is made to your specifications.
Custom orders are non-refundable, so please be sure to review all details before confirming your order.
