Natural Therapy Packs creates quality hot/cold packs from 100% quilting cotton and uses organic herbs and grains. Custom orders are welcome and if I can I enjoy creating new items for customers that meet their particular needs.

Terms & Conditions:
Our Therapy Packs are made using 100% cotton, organic herbs and grains & each order includes instructions on how to heat it and use the pack. No essential oils are used to make our packs unless otherwise specified in the description of the product. Natural Therapy Packs is not responsible for customers using the products inappropriately, heating them up for to long causing a fire or scorching them & not using them according to your Drs suggestions. PLEASE contact your Dr if you are not sure if using a hot/cold pack is correct for your condition.
Communication:
I believe in personal service and like to work with each customer to help you receive the product you need & want. This is specially important for custom orders. Occasionally I will have questions for you regarding your order - or a question you asked me & will message you directly for clarification or to make sure we are on the same wavelength. If you do not answer my message asking for clarification on a order or a blend within 24 hours your order will be canceled and you will need to start from scratch.
Allergies
Natural Therapy Packs does use dried herbs in their products. Some of the herbs I use are peppermint, lavender, eucalyptus and others - Please message me if you are allergic to certain scents and I can make a custom order for the herbal blends used in the lavender pillows or the yoga pillow. I personally am not a Dr, naturalist, certified herbalist or aromatherapist - I do work with a certified herbalist when I'm making a blend up for a certain issue (example headaches/migraines) to verify that we have the correct herbs in the mixture. If you are having me combine a certain blend for you it may take longer for me to complete your order and I will expect you to be available for questions and communication. If I need to use more than 4 herbs and/or need to special order the herbs there will be a additional charge. If

Most items listed are Ready to Ship - you should receive most within 3-7 days.
Custom Orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the time of year and if I can find the fabric style or color you have requested.

Shipping Info:
Natural Therapy Packs ships most orders via Priority Mail and usually this method takes about 1-3 days from the time of shipping. Once an item is dropped off at the post office the post office becomes responsible for all lost, damaged and misplaced items. At the time of shipping you will receive a notice of shipping as well as the tracking number and a approximate date of arrival.

***At this time due to the unrest of the nation, the riots and Covid 19 most orders are taking longer to arrive. Even Priority Shipping seems to be taking about 7 days. Be sure to check the approximate date of arrival that I send you. If you'd like a picture of the receipt I'm happy to send you a copy.

Returns & Exchanges:
Our products are created for personal use - No returns or exchanges are accepted for sanitary reasons.
We will replace an item if we make an error on your order or it is damaged in shipment. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and send pictures of the error and damage, the packaging and the shipping label.
We will not replace an item for you if you provided the wrong information, change your mind or use the wrong address when ordering. PLEASE double check the address for shipping.
