RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Most of my Items are Nonrefundable due to them being hygiene related and Made to Order. However feel free to contact me if you have any issues with your purchase and I will do my best to work something out.
MADE TO ORDER:
Most products will take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to complete as they are made to order. If you have a deadline then we can discuss it and agree on a due date.
CANCELATION:
Orders must be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Other than that you will not be able to cancel because I process Items fairly quicker than the time stated. However please feel free to reach out to discuss this issue.
