How it’s Made
We make the top of this table from solid poplar and cut the bone pattern and the holes for the bowls out on the cnc router.
We then make the legs in one bone shaped piece and carve in a set of paws, one on each end.
We cut that in half to give us the side legs
Then we cut the front and back aprons and prep them with pocket holes
After all pieces are made, we sand, paint, and add 3 coats of pet safe poly to protect it
Then we assemble the aprons to the legs with pocket screws and glue
We attach the top and carve the bone name tag with your pets name and screw it onto the front apron
Then we package the fully assembled table with 2 bowls and ship!
