This is another upcycled project for my 2025 goal :o)
CROSSBODY PURSE
This is such a cute little bag with the front being made from an embroidered vest on black cotton
The back is a fine velvety black corduroy
It is lined with a silky fabric with orange mandala type designs on cream – There is an inside pocket
It closes with a bright green zipper
It is made wider at the bottom than at the top – The bottom is accented with a bead fringe in gold and pink
The long strap is a black faux leather and is removeable
The purse is 7” across the top and 8” across the basw
It is 10 ¼” long
The strap is 52” long - can be doubled to make shoulder purse
CARE: spot clean or gentle hand wash in cold – Hang to dry

Meet the Maker
I am a mom of 2 and Grandma to 3 precocious little ones! I have crafted my entire life (Thanks, MOM!) and worked the last 16 years in a Tailoring Shop. Now that I am retired, it is time to share my stash of "creations". I sew, knit, crochet and embroider mostly, although I have dabbled in painting some wood crafts and am attempting some jewelry creations. I am an active "scavenger" for vintage fabric, trims, buttons, beads, buckles, baubles and other odd items to use in my creations. Because of this, I rarely make the same item twice the same way. I feel this ensures a type of personalization for each unique customer!
