About this Product

This enamel pin has the words "I know ASL" surrounded by with shiny metal stars, a moon, and two hands. It measures 1.5 inches high and 7/8 inch across. It comes with two pins on the back, which means it fastens securely and does not twist or turn upside down. The two pins will either come with metal butterfly or rubber clasps; I also have magnetic clasps available for some pins.

The pin is available in three colors:

--Bright pink with navy blue letters. This pin is available in gold or silver, and with the option of either two pins or with a magnetic clasp.

--Jade green with white letters and silver metal

--Deep periwinkle with white letters and silver metal

I love languages, and I love how they help us connect with each other. I designed this pin with that purpose in mind--especially thinking of individuals like medical professionals, individuals working in retail, servers, and others who are constantly meeting and talking to people every day. It's also a great gift for a teacher or student, as well as to show your ASL pride.

This item comes in minimal packaging that incorporates reused materials.

Meet the Maker

Hi, I'm Carrie, and I love languages--especially French, Spanish, and Korean, which I've majored in; taught in middle-, high school, and college; spoken while I've lived in France, Colombia, and South Korea; and used while traveling. I want to share them with you!

My shop features language-learning materials (tested on real live students), printable poster sets (made with teachers in mind, but for everyone!), "I speak..." language pins, and language-themed gifts. Can't find what you're looking for? Send me a message!

How itā€™s Made

I design my enamel pins using graphic design and drawing software. I then work with a factory who produces the pins. When I receive them, I inspect every item myself.
