About this Product
This enamel pin reads "日本語が話せます," or "I speak Japanese" in traditional-style vertical text. The pin has a dark navy blue background, with a pink cherry blossom, two pale pink cherry blossom buds, and light green stems and leaves at the bottom of the pin. The metal text and outline of the pin come in either gold, silver, or rose gold.
The pin measures 2 3/8" high by 1/4" across. It affixes with two pins, so it doesn't twist and turn when attached. It can be easily added to a lanyard. It's a great way to signal to others that you speak their language.
I love languages, and I love how they help us connect with each other. That's what my small business is based on. I designed this pin with that purpose in mind, especially thinking of people who are constantly meeting and talking to patients, customers, or clients all day long.
Every pin I make is my own, original design that is manufactured with the help of a production partner. I inspect every pin myself so you can know the one you'll receive is beautiful and high-quality.
UGLY PACKAGING
I ship my enamel pins securely in minimal packaging that incorporates reused materials. The packaging isn't beautiful, but I promise that the pin is!

Blue and Gold Language
Meet the Maker
Hi, I'm Carrie, and I love languages--especially French, Spanish, and Korean, which I've majored in; taught in middle-, high school, and college; spoken while I've lived in France, Colombia, and South Korea; and used while traveling. I want to share them with you!
My shop features language-learning materials (tested on real live students), printable poster sets (made with teachers in mind, but for everyone!), "I speak..." language pins, and language-themed gifts. Can't find what you're looking for? Send me a message!
How it’s Made
I design my enamel pins using graphic design and drawing software. I then work with a factory who produces the pins. When I receive them, I inspect every item myself.
