Safety and Handling
Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting to prevent excessive flames
Place candles on heat-resistant surfaces away from drafts and flammable objects
At least 10 cm (4 inches)
Placed on a level surface
Never leave candles unattended and keep them out of reach of children and pets
Extinguish candles completely before leaving the room
Do not burn candles for more than 3 hours at a time to prevent overheating
Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and melting

Shipping and Returns
I make, package, and ship every order myself. I take care to inspect each order to make sure that it's exactly what was ordered.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days of when the order was received.
Shipping transit speed is determined by the postage that you choose at checkout, and is determined by the US postal service.
Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, i.e. environmental conditions, holidays, shortages, etc.
Delivery times start when the package is handed off to the post office, not when the order was placed.
All postal delays are out of my control and cannot be predicted.
If you didn't get the package but the post office marked it as delivered, you need to contact the post office to see where the delivery was left. They have GPS tracking on their scanners and are able to see exactly where packages were left. If they made a mistake they will have to help you get the package back. If the package was delivered to your address, they won't be able to help you.
In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you cannot find it, I am unable to refund. You should file a stolen mail report with the post office and your local police so that they can track cases and see if there are patterns of mail theft.
Return Policy
All orders are final and no returns will be accepted.

Please take post office shipping time estimates into account. The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and while I ship everything as quickly as I can I have no control over the date that a package will arrive. Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office, I have very little control over the information I can get from them. If you have a problem with a delivery, please check with your local post office since they'll have the most updated information.
