Handle pour acknowledgement
Epoxy and UV Resin start out as a liquid, which then hardens. Because of this EACH POOR IS DIFFERENT AND THERE IS NO WAY TO GUARANTEE THAT YOUR HANDLE WILL LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO. The floating bits will fall differently with each pour making every handle unique and a one of a kind item exclusive to you. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY THE POUR TURNED OUT. If *I* don't like the pour, I won't send it out, I'll remake it. I will never sell you something that I myself do not like or wouldn't buy.
HOOK SIZES Pay attention to the TYPE (Steel/Aluminum) of hook you chose as only some sizes are available.

Also note that steel hooks are "sharper" at the tip, and aluminum hooks are a little "duller" or more rounded at the tip.
Our crochet hooks are MADE TO ORDER, depending on order volume please allow 4 - 10 days to make and ship your hook.

Shop Policies
Prior to purchase, feel free to ask me any questions about the product! I will answer anything you could be wondering such as materials used, how to care for the product, etc. I will be as descriptive as possible and provide any additional information so you can be sure you're gonna love the product before you even make the purchase.
For products that are in my inventory and ready to ship, please allow 3-5 business days for shipment. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, buyer pays return shipping, and will forfeit 50% of the items value if it is not returned in the same condition we sent it out in. If buying apparel and in need of an exchange, the buyer pays return shipping and we will pay to ship the new item back to you. Make sure to send us correct measurements and a description of what didn't work for you on what you're exchanging.
Shipping times for custom orders vary. Once a custom order has been placed, I will be emailing you periodically with more information and updates, such as estimate time frame, when the product has been started/completed, and when the product has been shipped. You may also ask for updates as often as you need, and I will answer any questions in regards to your custom order.
Custom designs/sizes/colors require a deposit that will be used to purchase any materials needed for the order. Once materials have been purchased, no refund will be allowed for any reason. No exceptions. Cancellations are accepted but you forfeit the deposit for lost time and cost of purchasing materials. Once shipped all custom orders are final. No returns or refunds for any reason, no exceptions.
