Reviews provide social proof of product quality, customer service and trust, allowing new customers to shop confidently. You've worked hard for your reputation on other platforms and we're happy to help showcase that in your new shop on goimagine.
Trust is our #1 priority for sellers and customers, so we are not allowing sellers to upload their reviews from Etsy.
Things to Consider:
- We will perform an "accuracy check" by comparing what you send to us with the reviews on your Etsy shop before completing the import. This helps verify that what we are importing is accurate.
- It is essential to note that ALL reviews will be imported regardless of rating...including negative reviews. This helps ensure that buyers have confidence in the reviews they see on goimagine.
- While we are happy to offer this service, we can only import reviews dating from after August 2020 to the present.
Ultimately we want customers to get the most accurate representation of your business on our platform to earn their trust.

DISCLAIMER: Our system calculates star ratings differently from Etsy. It does not round up. All of your reviews will import, but the star rating may be slightly different due to the algorithm behind our review system. Any % that falls below 100 will not show 5 filled-in stars. We are working on updating this system also to display a number rating next to the stars on both the product level and shop level. (example 4.9).
