Processing the Perfect Candle or Wax Melt for You
All of our premium candles and wax melts are made to order with a 1-3 day turnaround time. We find that creating and processing orders in small batches ensure consistency and also allows us to create the perfect candle or wax melt that our customers are able to customize to their liking.
How to burn a Regal Embers Candle
· Trim wick to ¼ inch before lighting.
· Burn candle long enough that the wax pool reached the edge of the jar to prevent wax tunneling.
· Keep burn time to 4 hours each session. And stop burning the candle when there’s less than ½ inch of wax remaining.
· Keep away from open windows, fans, uneven surfaces, children, and pets.
· And ensure you never leave a candle unattended.

Meet the Maker
Hi there! My name is Monica, and I am the creator and founder of Regal Embers Candle Co. My love of crafting started at a young age, and it hasn't stopped. From painting, drawing, handcrafting cold process soap to candles, my passion for making something from raw materials and an artistic eye has been a burning passion of mine. I'm a professional dog groomer by day a few days a week and a writer when I have a spare moment. The rest of the time I pour all my time and effort into creating enjoyable and memorable premium candles and wax melts; a hobby (I’ve been doing for over 7 years) turned into a growing business. For me, it's not just a candle, it's an experience, one that I want my customers to love every minute.
Every candle and wax melt are handmade by me. I strive to create most of the materials I use for each order from the branded cotton drawstring bags that every product is shipped in, to the scratch off discount cards that comes with each order. I only use non-toxic, premium all natural ingredients as quality are extremely important to me to ensure you get what you paid for.

How it’s Made
At Regal Embers Candle Co, my commitment to craftsmanship and quality shines through in every step. Each small candle batch is meticulously created to order, ensuring a fresh and enchanting experience for my customers.
I carefully curated a silky and creamy coconut apricot wax blend for my candles renowned for its slow clean burn with each burn as well as a its fantastic fragrance retention and hot throw. Like the wax melts, I use a Digiboil wax melter, a tool meticulously managing temperatures during the wax melting process. The correct amount of non-toxic, phthalate-free fragrance oil is stirred into the measured wax and I stir until blended. I make sure to retrieve the correct jar color (Amber or Clear) the customer selected as well as the lid color (White, Black, or Gold). Each candle container is labeled with the required comprehensive warning label. I use custom wick centering tools to ensure the wick is properly placed to ensure the candle burns efficiently. I design, print, and cut the labels with a machine in-house. I also create and make a direct to film logo, which I heat press onto quality cotton drawstring bags which comes with every candle. (Same process for the wax melts.)
I allow each candle creation a minimum of 24-48 hours to set and develop its full aromatic potential. Following this period, they are thoughtfully packed into our bags and secured in a sturdy box with padding to ensure they arrive to my customers in one piece.

At Regal Embers Candle Co, I take pride in crafting custom and made-to-order candles that add a touch of elegance and warmth to your life. My commitment to quality and individuality means that each candle is lovingly prepared specifically for you. My standard order processing time is 1-3 days (excluding Saturday & Sundays). During this period, I meticulously hand-pour and create your unique candle, ensuring it meets our high standards of excellence. I understand the anticipation of receiving your order, and I'm just as excited to get it to you as quickly as possible. While I strive to maintain this 1-3 day processing period, please keep in mind that it may vary depending on the complexity of your order or peak seasons. I kindly ask for your patience.
Shipping Methods
I offer shipping through USPS either by Ground Advantage (2-5 days for delivery) or USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days for delivery). I calculate shipping with flat rate shipping which depends on the amount you spend. But for all items, if you purchase $45 or more, you will receive FREE SHIPPING no matter how much or order or how much it weights. If you do purchase more than $45, you will get Priority Mail for free!
Custom and personalized orders
To modify your order, please send us a message within 12 hours of placing your order. Our Regal Embers team will do their best to accommodate your requested changes, whether it's a fragrance, lid color, or any other customizations. Changes may readjust processing time. If we have to do so, you will be notified. Your satisfaction is our priority!
How do I order a customized candle with my own message?
Ordering your custom candle is easy at Regal Embers! First, select your desired scent. Next, choose between a clear or amber jar. Then, pick your lid color (white, gold, or black), and then pick your candle jar size (8oz or 4 oz). In the 'Personalization' box, insert your customized phrase or message. Afterward, add the candle to your cart and complete your purchase. We'll send you a label preview to ensure it's perfect before applying it to the candle. Your personalized candle journey begins with a few simple clicks!

To ensure the best candle experience, follow these guidelines: 1. First Burn: Allow the candle to burn until the wax pool reaches the edges to prevent tunneling. This typically takes 2-3 hours. 2. Trim the Wick: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use to prevent soot and ensure a clean, even burn. 3. Safety First: Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from flammable objects, children, and pets. 4. Burn Time: Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time. Let the candle cool before relighting. 5. Extinguish Safely: Use a snuffer or gently blow out the flame to prevent hot wax splatter. 6. Reusing Jars: Once the candle is finished, clean the jar and reuse it or recycle responsibly.
Regal Embers Wax Melts Care Instructions
For the perfect wax melt experience, here's what you need to know: 1. Wax Warmer: Use an approved wax warmer or tealight burner. Never use stovetops or open flames. 2. Placement: Place the wax melt in the warmer's dish or tray, ensuring it's the appropriate size. 3. Scent Control: Start with a single melt, then add more if you desire a stronger fragrance. 4. Unattended Use: Never leave the warmer unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets. 5. Extinguish Safely: Turn off or extinguish the warmer when you're done. Wax will harden as it cools. 6. Wax Removal: If needed, gently remove cooled wax from the dish, or use a cotton ball to soak it up. By following these guidelines, you'll enjoy a safe and fragrant wax melt experience.

Returns
I do accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order. However, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. If you have any issues or questions about your order, please reach out and I am more than happy to work with you to find a solution.
