Meet the Maker
Welcome to my shop! I have been a creative person my entire life. I earn a living as a photographer, and in my free time I do as many fun and creative things as I can such as making my own furniture, gardening, cooking, making jewelry, and making my own wines and beers. I hope to get into a bit of blacksmithing soon as I'd love to learn to make knives as well. I'm an avid reader and a fan of fantasy and Sci Fi so I hope you enjoy some of the creations I've designed.
How it’s Made
Each of my bookmark designs starts with the concept in my head which I often sketch out first. I use AI programs to begin the process, so no these are not hand painted. However, AI programs never deliver a final image. As a photographer with my extensive background in Photoshop and making digital art I often combine 2 to 5 different images to create one image, re-painting mistakes, fixing faces, removing unwanted items, adding new things I want, changing colors, changing sizes, changing lighting, etc. So in the end, they match what was in my mind and aren't just a generated image.
