This sign is framed and measures 30 inches x 8 inches x 1 inch. Made with vinyl lettering and sealed with an all-weather polyacrylic sealant.
This sign is made with real wood pieces, you may find wood knots, crevices, and other blemishes. But that’s what gives it its unique character. Your piece will also be made to order, so you may also notice very minor differences between the finished piece and what is seen in the photos of this listing.
PLEASE NOTE: Our signs are recommended for indoor use, or displayed on a covered front door or porch. Direct sunlight may cause your sign to “age” more quickly.

Uniquely Made Home Décor and Gifts
As a lover of all things rustic and farmhouse style, I wanted to create a shop that invoked all of those styles as well as the seaside nautical styles that are so well known in the central Florida area that I live. Not originally a Floridian, I moved to the central part of Florida five years ago, I decided that my whole family needed a change and that was that. I have enjoyed every minute of it ever since. Whether it is a found surface or one that is new I like to take it all in and create home decor that is unique and can add a personal touch to your home or as a gift to someone special for their home. After all home decor can be a very personal style and everyone has a style whether it is contemporary, traditional, rustic, or everything in between, it's your personalized lifestyle. And the greatest compliment that you can give my shop is knowing that something I made, created, designed, or just added a few extra touches to that found item ended up in your home. Thank you so much for your order! Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that these items are hand-made and made to order. We do not keep stock of these items. Additional time sometimes may be need to meet the exceptional high quality standards that we have set up for our store. We want our customers to return to us again and again.
If you have a custom order please be aware of the timeframe(s) that it can take to make your special item. If you need the item within a certain timeframe(s) be sure to let us know ahead of time so that we can work with you to get your special item to you within a timely manner.
If you receive your order and anything is damaged along the way. Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your items. Also, please send photos so that we may contact the proper shipping agency to handle the matter further.

Severe weather conditions, including hurricanes and tropical storms, may affect mail delivery in your area. Living in a region prone to such events, we take extensive precautions to prepare, but certain situations caused by nature are beyond our control.
Other weather-related disruptions, such as winter storms, severe thunderstorms, tornadoes, and wildfires, can also impact the timing and transportation of goods to your location.

Currently, multiple severe weather events across the U.S. are affecting the processing, transportation, and delivery of mail and packages. Please expect potential delays and allow extra time for the final delivery of your items.

ADDRESS ACCURACY POLICY:
We are not responsible for items that fail to reach their destination due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. To avoid delays and complications, please ensure that your address is accurate and fully spelled out.
FOR EXAMPLE:
If your address is 2275 S. SR29, you must type out the full name (e.g., 2275 South State Road 29) to ensure it is recognized by the postal system. Guessing or abbreviating incorrectly can result in significant delays and additional time spent trying to resolve the issue.
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Refunds will not be issued for orders with incorrect addresses.
Replacement items will not be sent for items lost or delayed due to an inaccurate address.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS:
Our products are made to order, so cancellations are generally not accepted. However, if you contact us within 3 hours of placing your order, we may review your request and consider a cancellation on a case-by-case basis. Please note:
Approval is not guaranteed.
A 50% restocking fee will apply to any approved cancellation.
If we do not hear from you within the 3-hour timeframe, we are not obligated to cancel your order. When considering cancellation, please keep in mind the time and labor involved in creating your items.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are not offered for:
Handmade items.
Items that have already shipped or are in pre-transit or transit.
Items lost in the mail.
Incorrect mailing addresses provided by the customer.
Delayed delivery due to factors beyond the estimated shipping timeframe.
Please remember that once an item leaves our hands, delivery is managed by third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. While we rely on their services, we have limited control over their processes.

Please note ~ Due to COVID-19 and USPS package delivery issues there may be a delay in your item getting to you. Please keep an eye on your package via the tracking information that you will be sent via email when your package ships. If in the event that you or we find the package you are waiting for goes array, rest assured, We will do our best to track down your package and reroute it if necessary.
Materials availability~ some items may take a little extra time (Thank you COVID-19) to either be in stock or ship to me so that we may complete your handmade item. As we have seen our toilet paper, wipes, sanitizer, etc., rapidly disappear from store shelves, so have a lot of crafting and hobby supplies that we would have been able to pick up or order the same day are now either on backorder or the companies are no longer making to make other necessary items to help stop the spread of this devastating virus.
We will do our best to keep you informed if there are any substitutions needed for your special item.
