Items leave the facility ON or BEFORE the 'ship by' date listed on your invoice, unless I need to change the "ship by date" due to unforeseen circumstances (snowstorms or hurricanes that delay the post office from delivering, items are out of stock, printing facility temporarily shut down, etc.)


CANCELLATIONS 
Cancellations ARE ACCEPTED within 2 hours of purchase. Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of this item and limited warehouse space, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your sign arrives damaged or defective in any way, I will replace the sign for free. I'm sorry but I do not give refunds.

Meet the Maker
Hello, I'm a graphic designer with many years of experience working in the corporate world designing brochures and logos. Now my focus is primarily on my Esty and Go Imagine making wonderful, unique personalized products for any occasion.
How it’s Made
My background is in graphic design and illustration. Once I find an idea I like, I then explore all the ways to illustrate the idea. Sometimes it may be watercolor or acrylic paint. Sometimes photography. After I work out the layout and illustrate the sign, I bring it into Adobe Illustrator to add text and allow for personalization. The signs are all printed in my studio on metal with a sublimation process.
