First step:
Each embroidery design at Handmade Craft and Novelty is hand-drawn with love, digitally digitized with passion, and tested for outstanding quality.
Second step:
Turn the drawing into a piece of work by bare hand sewing with needle ,one stitching by stitching,one second by second.
every design is a Twin-off original piece, and they will vary slightly from the pictures as made to order especially for each customer, so we are not able to replicate to the very last detail colour included as they are all hand sewing by needle.
Production time on this handmade to order is approx 5 weeks.

Welcome to Handmade BestAntiqueBoutique, We are a family of handcrafters since 1908 that champions traceable handcrafts design. Enjoying a steady (and loyal) followers base, the masterpiece retains a "homegrown" ethos thanks, in no small part, to the slow fashion focus of its eponymous founder and designer.
Using traceable premium green natural fiber such as mulberry silk,wool,cotton,flax,wood,bamboo even a stone,jade or pearl, the symbol "go-to" are classic home accessories, such as stationery,househeld hanging plant pot holders,decorations, have also become signatures. they all are completely hand-made and green.
all of the crafts are original works, make to order are well accepted,just give us a little more time and patience, we will turn it into a piece of work.

Shop Policies
Processing Time:
Each product is handmade but are listed on the site after completion. Moreover Customized orders are welcome except processing time will not be included in shipping. workshop will give a quoted price and processing time dependent on item, materials, finish, and order size.
Shipping:
• all of the shipping is free.
• Once the payment has cleared the order will be processed in 2-3 business days for in stock items.
• I have no control over the scans, delays/deliveries from the USPS.
• If your package says delivered, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages contact the USPS or your local law enforcement agency for further assistance depending upon the circumstances.
• If you are shipping the package to a different mailing address please be sure to double check the mailing address for accuracy I’m not responsible for incorrect mailing address the customer provided.
Rush Orders:
All products listed are made & shipped within 2-3 business days. If your order is in a hurry, you can choose express like USPS,UPS or Fed Ex from shipping method.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
the item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery and it must be in unused, undamaged and in its original condition to receive a refund. .
Cancellations:
Cancellations: accepted.
Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase.
