The dress has an off-the-shoulder ruffled neckline, and halter-style shoulder straps that tie behind the neck.
The skirt is gathered at the waist and has a lower ruffled hem.
A removable rust color ribbon sash is tied at the waist
Top stitching on the neckline band and skirt ruffle.
The entire back of the dress opens and closes with Hook and Loop Tape (Velcro®) for easy on and off.
