This handmade piece of art is made from opaque rainbow-colored glass that is fused together and shaped into a flamingo. The flamingo measures about 10 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Each flamingo is unique and will brighten up your garden with its vibrant hues. This item is sold individually, and you will receive one random flamingo from the available stock.

Meet the Maker
I'm the owner and artisan behind Darling Creative Works.
I’m a mostly self-taught artisan. My favorite mediums are glass and textiles.
My journey in the world of art started peripherally as a child, but it wasn’t
until adulthood that I started truly working in creating art. Art started as an
outlet and bloomed into a passion.
My inspiration leans toward nature and whimsy; Flowers, a sunset, the night
sky, all find their way into my designs in some fashion.
In my personal life, I'm married to my high school sweetheart, we have 3
adult children, and I'm on the board of The Usual Artspects, which is a non-profit that brings art therapy to sexual assault survivors. My hobbies
are reading, watching hockey, gaming (in any form) and being with my
family.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Wholesale availability
Wholesale depends on the item(s) wanted. A lot of my items are one of a kind and all vary slightly. I'm open to discussion, though, so please feel free to contact me.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders (unless stated in the item description) is on a case by case. If you're interested in personalization or customization or a custom piece, please feel free to contact me.
Gift wrapping and packaging.
I do offer gift wrapping. We can also ship our products directly to your gift recipient. We'd be happy to include a complimentary gift note. Please let us know in the notes to seller field upon checkout.
Do you give refunds?
If you order an item, and buyer's remorse sets in you have 24 hours (from time of purchase) to cancel and I'll refund, after 24 hours I will no longer refund. If you get the item and aren't satisfied, contact me. After contacting me shipping it back is your responsibility, once I receive item in its original form, I'll refund your money minus the shipping and handling. If I do not receive the item, I do not refund the item. Same for credits and exchanges.
Difference between Ship date and arrival date in shipping
The ship date is the date I drop it off at the PO and that is the only date that I can and will guarantee that will be shipped on time. Arrival date is the time frame the PO says will be delivered and that I cannot be held responsible for, If the shipping service doesn't or isn't able to deliver within their time frame. Please give yourself a little extra time when choosing your delivery method.
Can you make the same design?
All of my items are made one at a time and I can reproduce them closely or similar to each other but no two will be exactly the same. That being said, yes, I can do custom orders. Message me with what you're interested in, and we'll come up with a plan.
Do you charge up front for custom or at the end of the project before shipping?
This answer depends on the scope and size of the project. If payment is needed it'll be 50% when design is agreed upon and the rest before shipping.
How do you work with someone for a design?
Depending on the project. If its a fused glass piece. First you'll tell me what your looking for, than I'll send you pictures of colors when that's answered I'll design it and send you a pre-fire photo (which will be slightly different after firing in the kiln) than a post fire photo. When you're in love with the finished product I'll send you an Etsy private listing.
Weaving project I'll send pictures of colors for you to ok. Once ok'd I make it and when finished I send you a photo and Etsy private listing link.
Care instructions
Can the garden decorations be outside? Yes, however that being said it's glass, things can happen.
None of my glass kitchen items are not meant for the microwave nor are they meant for the dishwasher.
All of my handwoven, rag rug, and textile items can be washed on cold water cycle and dryer on low, unless specified differently.
