NagihanDesigns offers generously sized heating pouches filled with natural flaxseed, which can be easily heated in the microwave for a comforting warmth. These pouches are crafted from 100% cotton and contain approximately 1.7 to 1.8 pounds (800 grams) of flaxseed. When heated, about 40% of the flaxseed oil within emits a soothing heat that is perfect for alleviating aches and pains.
These pouches are designed with hygiene in mind and feature removable and washable covers for effortless cleaning and maintenance. Both the cover and the pouch measure approximately 9x9 inches. You can machine wash the pouch cover with similar colors or opt for hand washing, laying it flat to dry, and ironing it once it's dry.
While the natural warmth of flaxseed is already soothing, you have the option to indulge in a touch of luxury by adding dried lavender to the pouch. This enhances the relaxation of your self-care routine. These heating pads are not only great for relaxation but also effective for relieving various conditions such as menstrual cramps, arthritis, fibromyalgia, hot flashes, muscle cramps, or spasms.
Instructions: To heat the pouch, simply place it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. For more warmth, continue to heat it in 30-second increments until you reach your desired temperature (using incremental timing for safety).
For cooling, put the pad in a sealed Ziplock bag and place it in the freezer for a couple of hours or until it reaches the desired temperature.

Hello There,
My name is Nagihan and I'm the designer behind NagihanDesigns. I am also a proud mother of two beautiful girls. My two daughters, in fact, work with me regarding customer service, photography, and social media. My educational background is in fashion design and Interior Design. I have a Masters Degree in fashion designing.( I love knitting and crocheting) I've always loved designing and making things with my bare hands. I like unique and fashionable items that are both functional and practical.
My inspiration mainly comes from texture and color. I love to play around with these two aspects and using them to have contrast in my products.
I strongly believe that handmade items, especially those created with natural materials, carry positive energy about them. I would only hope that this positive energy I hope to weave into my every stitch carries to the owners of my products.
All my products are designed from the start to finish handmade by me, in my pet and smoke-free home studio in Maryland.
I use my own patterns and use a variety of designer fabrics.
