SIZE/DIMENSIONS: The size of this product WITH the lobster clasp attached is approximately 5 1/4" in length and WITHOUT its approximately 2 7/8" in length. The width is approximately 2 1/8".
MADE OF: Materials used in this product are: A sturdy gold marine vinyl for the front, a regular marine vinyl for the backside (usually black colored), snap tab closures, and a rhodium plated lobster clasp key ring. This item is being pictured with the 14K gold colored lobster clasp but you can choose any that are offered. Please read how below.

Please also note that the lobster clasps are made up of zinc alloy and are rhodium plated.

MY SHOP'S ORIGIN:
My journey began in 2011, crafting hair bows for my daughters, which eventually led to selling them. Along the way, I discovered 'felties'—embroidered felt appliqués—popular for hair clips and bow centers. Intrigued, I invested in my first embroidery machine, and my love for embroidery blossomed. Over the years, felties evolved into various crafts, including magnets, I.D. badge holders, pencil toppers, and, as showcased in my shop, embellished paper clips.
However, my embroidery journey didn't end there. I delved into 'in-the-hoop' embroidery, creating an array of items like pen holders and keychains. You'll find a diverse range of these creations in my shop. I take pride in crafting pieces with meticulously curated color schemes. Paired with my fondness for office accessories, Bold Chic Accessories was born.

How it’s Made
This fleur-de-lis keychain is crafted with careful attention to detail. The rich gold marine vinyl is chosen for its durability and elegant shine, while the iconic fleur-de-lis design is embroidered with precision using black thread. Each piece is hand-cut to perfection, giving the keychain its distinctive shape.
A sturdy snap closure is manually added to the strap, securing the keychain together while also providing a functional, stylish accent. Finally, a gold-toned keyring and lobster clasp are attached by hand, ensuring durability and ease of use.
Every component of this keychain, from the fabric selection to the stitching and assembly, is handmade with dedication, making each piece a unique and thoughtful accessory.

Processing Time: Orders for ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time, with the estimated processing time specified on each listing.
Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS and come with tracking information. Standard shipping times apply.
Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and weight of the package.
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns: We accept returns for non-personalized, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at boldchicboutique@gmail.com. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
Personalized and Custom Items: We do not accept returns for personalized or custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a non-personalized, non-custom item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process. The item must be in its original condition and unused. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
