Meet the Maker
Hello and welcome to my shop, MillaSense Creations! My name is Jhamyllia and MillaSense Creations was created to produce beautiful works of art that everyone can enjoy. I am a woman-owned small business located in Maryland and I've been a creative individual ever since I was a child. After graduating I decided to start sharing my work and opened up an e-commerce shop in 2022. I make everything by hand using the best materials that I can find, and always looking for ways to improve my designs. Currently, I will be focusing on unique handmade jewelry using polymer clay, miyuki beads, gemstone beads, and any other medium that I find interesting.
How it’s Made
After sketching a design and coming up with a color palette, all the Miyuki Delica Beads are gathered and sorted. Any beads that are broken, deformed, scratched, or ill-proportioned will be removed from the set of beads that will be used for the project. Each design that is created is different and sometimes involves various techniques to complete the final look. After several hours of creating the piece, the string used to weave the design is securely tied off. Finally, strong jewelry and bead glue is used to secure the butterfly clutch tie tack in the back of the pin and to glue on the smaller flowers on top of the main flower, giving it a 3D look.
Shop Policies
Shipping policies:
Please allow 1-3 days after payment for your order to be processed and shipped. I will send you an email confirming that your package has been shipped. All U.S. purchases will be sent by USPS Ground Advantage which takes approximately 2 - 5 business days.
Keep in mind that once shipped, items may or may not take longer to arrive at their final destination depending on the facility they are processed through. Please be patient.
Returns & Exchanges:
MillaSense Creations will do everything possible to make our customers happy. Please check your items when you receive your order. We will gladly accept returns if you are unsatisfied with the product. Since most items are one of a kind, we do not do exchanges. However, we do encourage you to reach out to us if there is a problem with your order, such as damage to the item. Please contact me if there is an issue with your order within 7 days of delivery. We require that you take photos of any damage and please return the item within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be provided minus any shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for returned shipping costs. If the item/items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I do not accept cancellations. Please contact me if you are having any problems with your order.
Lost Items:
Once a package leaves my hands, I have no control over what happens to it. If you think that your package is lost or it becomes lost in the mail, please contact your local post office and file a claim with them.
Jewelry Items:
Please make sure before purchasing any handmade jewelry items (specifically rings and bracelets) that they are the correct size for you. Since most of these items are one of a kind and not customized to the individual buyer, they are the size that is stated in the description. Please double-check sizes before purchasing.
Many items in our shop may vary slightly in color and pattern due to lighting differences in the photographs. We try our best to make our photos represent the real products in person.
