Hi there! I'm Nyxie, founder and owner of Feywild Handcrafted. I am a mother of 4 young children who inspire me more and more every day. I am also a full-time nursing student and EMT in training. Creating these gift items is my way of relaxing and releasing the stress of everyday life in the form of creativity. I absolutely love when people come to me with ideas for a custom item! Being able to watch their ideas come to life is my favorite part of what I do.

Shop Policies
Processing time
* The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes
* Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on certain items
* For items that have a manufacturing flaw, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. If an item has a manufacturing flaw or defect, I will gladly offer an exchange for it. In this event, I will provide you with a shipping label. You will be responsible for packaging and shipping the item back to me within 3 days of delivery.
* If you need to request an order cancellation, please do so within 12 hours of purchase. After that point there is no guarentee I can cancel.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
* Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Conditions of return on non customized items, not due to damage or defect
* Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care instructions
* Care instructions will vary by item. Every item sold will have a care card with it.
Please note that I am NOT responsible for items damaged due to improper care.
If your items become damaged, I may be able to repair them for you for a repair and shipping fee.
