FLORAL TAPESTRY PURSE
Reminenscent of days by gone, this purse is made from a vintage tapestry type fabric in neutral colors of tan, olive, mint, and rose with floral designs set in diamond shape patchwork style – It closes with a beige color zipper.
It is lined in a vintage cotton fabric with peach and salmon carnations on a cream background – There is one zipper pocket and two slip pockets
The strap is a beige faux leather with gold hardware ~ It was rescued at some point from another purse and in very good condition
The purse is 11” wide x 8.5” tall x 2 ¾” deep
The strap is 47.5” long
With the purse being rounded and the zipper going a bit down the sides, it gives you a large opening to find all the goodies at the bottom :o)
Care: Spot clean only recommended - May was by hand in cold water, Air dry - Can be ironed if needed

Meet the Maker
I am a mom of 2 and Grandma to 3 precocious little ones! I have crafted my entire life (Thanks, MOM!) and worked the last 16 years in a Tailoring Shop. Now that I am retired, it is time to share my stash of "creations". I sew, knit, crochet and embroider mostly, although I have dabbled in painting some wood crafts and am attempting some jewelry creations. I am an active "scavenger" for vintage fabric, trims, buttons, beads, buckles, baubles and other odd items to use in my creations. Because of this, I rarely make the same item twice the same way. I feel this ensures a type of personalization for each unique customer!

How it’s Made
Per my 2025-26 goal, this is assembled from fabrics, hardware and a rescued strap I found in my craft room :o)
