Meet the Maker
I learned how to crochet through books, Youtube videos, purchasing crochet patterns via Etsy and talking to other crochet talented people. I work full-time at my current employment, and crochet is my go to Hobby. I enjoy making seasonal items, such as, summer hats, winter hats, scarves, hair accessories (headbands, bandanas, scrunchies, etc). Currently I'm learning how to crochet jewelry (earrings, bracelets and necklaces); I will be adding them to my list as I go. I'm new at e-commerce and looking forward to doing more crochet projects to sell online. I also enjoy being a Mom and a grandmother of 3 grandchildren. On my spare time, I like to travel and crochet, especially learning new crochet skills. I joined GoImagine because I like the fact that GoImagine donates to Children's charities in the U.S., that is a great deed! Thank you for helping us make a better world for children.

Placing advance orders:
I DO NOT accept any advance orders because I do this as a hobby and not a fulltime job. What's on my shopping list is what is available to buy and my items are uploaded as I make them.
You are welcome to request by sending a message, however, I'm not committing to doing them right away, I need time as I work fulltime, it might be a week or two before I can finish an item.
I don't accept any orders that are custom or personalized at this time, maybe in the future.
Please choose the size carefully before ordering your crochet items, make sure it's the right size (adult size, Teen or child size).
SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
I make your package and ship every order myself, and I take care to inspect each order before mailing to make sure that it's exactly what was ordered.
Shipping policy:
All orders are shipped in 3-7 business days of when the order was received.
All free shipping is Ground Advantage. For faster shipping you should upgrade to priority (your expense) at checkout.
Shipping transit speed is determined by the postage that you choose at checkout, and is determined by the US Postal Services.
Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless you upgrade to 1-2 day priority express shipping at checkout.
Delivery times start when the package is handed off to the post office, not when the order was placed online.
All postal delays are out of my control and can't be predicted. Please place your order in advance of your party date if you need things on a specific date.
I don't guarantee any delivery times personally that's out of my control.
Return Policy:
Refunds or Returns are not allowed. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however, If there is a return, It must be sent back within 5 business days of ME AGREEING to the return, please contact me prior to recieving your package, in order for it to be return, otherwise it's not allowed.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Damage caused by the customer will not be considered as a reason for a product return.
If an item shipped with free shipping the actual post office cost of the original shipping may be held back from any refunds issued.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Most of all the crochet items can be machine washable, lay FLAT on a towel to dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron. For longer life, I would best recommend to hand wash the crochet item and lay flat to dry. I suggest handwashing in cold water with soap and gently squeeze the fabric together without disrupting the stitches.
For all crochet jewelry, it's optional: I suggest to gently wash by hand only if needed, due to the stiffness used on the crochet jewelry.
FAQ:
Can I get a return shipping label?
The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns. I do not provide a return shipping. I make sure to inspect the items prior to shipping to ensure there is no damage done to the item.
I didn't get my package, Can I get a refund?
If you didn't get the package but the post office marked it as delivered, you need to contact the post office to see where the delivery was left. They have GPS on their scanners and are able to see exactly what address the package was delivered to. If they made a mistake they will have to help you get the package back.
In cases where a package was delivered to your address, but you can't find it, I am unable to refund. You should file a stolen mail report with the post office and your local police so that they can track cases and see if there are patterns of mail theft.
