Meet the Maker
Hello! My name is Nancy and I am an artist, book nerd and enthusiast for creating beautiful things!
I have a passion for rescuing "old" things and giving them new life. I believe the line between what we see...and what something might be... is actually a very fine line.I rescue senior dogs, my very old Kentucky home, old furniture, fabric, paper and more.
I work in a studio here on my property in Kentucky horse country. My art is not just my passion but also my full time work. I have been selling my work online since 2010 when I first started out listing one of my paintings. A man on the other side of the country purchased it and loved it. I was immediately inspired by the possiblities for selling my work all across the country since that very first online sale. Because I rescue senior dogs it is not possible for me to travel and showcase my work at art fairs. Selling online opened an amazing opportunity for me that allows me to pursue the work that I am so passionate about but also to be available for the senior and handicap dogs that I rescue.
Please enjoy browsing my shop. I am very responsive to messages so please reach out if you have a question!
