I’m Rina, the metalsmith artisan behind Pure Whimsy Jewelry, where I craft artfully whimsical nature-inspired silver jewelry. Along the way, I’ve met many talented jewelry designers who don’t work with metal themselves, but are passionate about keeping their work fully handmade, personal, and one of a kind.
This space was created with you in mind—a place to find unique, artisan-crafted components that help you bring your creative vision to life, without compromising handmade, authenticity, or quality.
Here at Whimsy Jewelry Bits, you’ll find one-of-a-kind and small-batch handmade silver components—focal pieces, charms, links, buttons, beads, and other treasures for your original creations. Each is individually made by me in my studio using fine silver and Argentium sterling silver, known for their beauty and minimal tarnish.
Every design begins as a sheet of silver. I hand press the pattern into the metal, then carefully saw it out by hand, file, sand, and solder the details, apply a soft patina, and finally hand polish each piece until it glows. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just real, soulful craftsmanship—meant for your meaningful work.

How it’s Made
Each piece begins as a sheet of fine silver and Argentium sterling silver. The lotus design is pressed into the metal, then carefully sawed out by hand, followed by filing, sanding, and soldering the rings into place. A soft patina is applied to bring out the depth of detail, and it is then hand-polished to a radiant, time-worn glow.
Shop Policies
Totally get it. Sometimes things just don't work out. Below you will find information on how to return or exchange an item that you're not in love with, and what may be excluded. Please read fully.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Eligible within 14 days after your package is delivered.
Items must be clean, and returned in the same condition it arrived in.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is the wrong size, or defective in some way that is WJB fault. If exchanging, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Return/Exchange exclusions apply as listed below.
EXCLUSIONS: non-returnable / non-exchangeable items
Any custom pieces. They were handmade special for you and only you, therefore they cannot be returned,
Unfortunately, there are no returns on Final Sale items or gift cards.
REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE (within 14 days of the order being delivered)
To start a return/exchange, send an email to Rina@purewhimsyjewelry.com with the RETURN REQUEST in the subject line. Include your order number. You will be provided with instructions on how and where to return your package. You will be provided with a Return/Exchange form to be filled out to be included in your return package. Items returned without the Return/Exchange form will be delayed. Please be sure to include this form so we can identify your package and original order.
Once approved, please package your jewelry securely. Please be sure to use a padded envelope! If you use a regular envelope there is a good chance the item will get damaged in transit and then I won’t be able to refund your money, which will make us both sad. Ship via a reputable shipping company and retain the tracking number for your records.
Once your package is received and approved: Return: you will be refunded in your original payment method. Please allow several days for your return to reflect on your credit card or bank statement. Exchange: for inventory purposes, our website does not allow for an exchange for a different product so a return must be issued and a new purchase must be made. We will honor any discount codes used on your exchange so you don't miss out on any sales.
DAMAGES + ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Include your order number and a photo of any damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email the photo and explanation to rina@purewhimsyjewelry.com.
