About this Product

Adorable black cat got caught up in Mummy's wrapping again. This kitty is too much! From his cute pink nose to his shiny holographic eyes. The cat is made with black glimmer cardstock, with white-ish glimmer paper for the wrappings. Orange foil background and silver glitter backing help bring it all together for a shiny happy confection. Perfect for family friendly Halloween decorating, this will hang happily on a wall or sit nicely on a shelf (without knocking everything over)!

How it’s Made

After I have my design completed and layered how I want them I cut each layer on the appropriate color of cardstock. After months (okay, not really) of weeding all the little pieces out I layer the sheets back together to re-complete the image. Then it's off to the framing department (also me) to finish up the task.

Shop Policies

I make, package and ship each order myself and I always check (and double check) each order before it ships to make sure it's exactly what's ordered.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of when the order is received.

  • All free shipping is USPS Ground Advantage. For faster shipping speed you will need to upgrade to USPS Priority at checkout.

  • Shipping transit speed is determined by the postage that you choose at checkout & USPS delivery services in your area.

  • Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless you upgrade to 1-2 day priority express shipping at checkout.

  • Delivery times start when the package is handed to post office personnel, not when the order is placed.

  • All postal delays are out of my control and cannot be predicted. Please place your order in advance if you need something on a specific date.

  • I am unable to guarantee any delivery times personally - it is out of my control.

Return Policy

  • Any return must be approved by me before you send it back, and initial contact must be made within 48 hours of package delivery.

  • All returns must be sent back within 3 business days of me approving the return.

  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the problem is a physical defect which was not detected when I sent the order.

  • Damage caused by a customer will not be considered as a reason for a product return.

  • If an item was shipped with free shipping, the actual post office cost of the original shipping may be held back from any refund issued.

  • Please feel free to contact me before purchasing if you have any questions about returns.

  • Returns are NOT accepted on custom or personalized items.

  • Customer is responsible for any loss in value of returned items if item is not returned in original condition.

FAQ

Are shipping times guaranteed?

No. Shipping times are out of my control. Please take post office shipping time estimates into account. The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and while I ship everything as quickly as I can, I have no control over the date that a package will arrive. Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office I have very little control over the information I can get from them. If you have a problem with a delivery please check with your local post office because they will have the most updated information.

Can I get a return shipping label?

The customer is responsible for return postage for all returns. I do not provide return shipping labels unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

How much will be refunded?

For items that shipped free, any returns or exchanges will have the actual post office cost of shipping deducted from the refunded amount except in the case of items received damaged. To verify damage I need to have photos of the item and the packaging so I may file a claim with the post office.

I didn't get my package, can I get a refund?

If you didn't get the package but the post office has marked it as delivered, you need to contact the post office to see where the delivery was left. They have GPS on their scanners and are able to see exactly what address the package was delivered to. If they made a mistake they will have to help you get the package back. If the package was delivered to your address they will not be able to help you.

In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you can't find it, I am unable to refund. You need to file a stolen mail report with the post office and our local police's that they can track cases and see if there are patterns of mail theft.

If the package wasn't delivered and the tracking number does not show that it was received, please contact me and I'll arrange a solution.
