Meet the Maker
We are a husband and wife team, although really - she runs the show!
Hello everybody and thank you for taking the time to stop by our shop! We are the husband and wife team of Jerry and Cecelia Crow. We have known each other since we started first grade together back...too many years ago for us to think about these days. We are both Native American tribal members: Cecelia being a member of the Colville Confederated Tribes in Eastern Washington and Jerry being a member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma.
In 2020, we began our journey into handcrafted leather goods and jewelry. Cecelia's grandmother and aunt were leatherworkers and also did other crafts. She grew up watching these ladies take raw materials and create usable products that people enjoyed using, some of which are still around today. Cecelia is also a homeschool mom, editor, and healthcare advocate.
Jerry's background is a little different. Coming from a family of motorcycle enthusiasts, he has been able to design products that appeal more to that crowd. However, he also designs and creates most of the jewelry in our catalog. He is also a minister, author, podcast host, and video producer.
We love what we do and we are continuing to expand our skills - now venturing into book binding and restoration. We look forward to serving our customers and making friends along the way.

Shipping
Our current order turnaround time for premade products is 2-3 business days and for custom products is 3-4 weeks from the time the customer approves the order details. All custom products are made to order! We ship all orders through USPS, unless other shipping service is requested and paid for by the customer at the time the order is placed. Typically, packages will arrive in 2-5 business days after completion.
Refunds & Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Many of our leather items are custom and personalized pieces that cannot be resold.
Defectives on Leather Goods
At Crafted by Crow, we are very dedicated to creating a high quality & long lasting product for you! We hope that the items you order from us will stand up to the test of time. In fact, one of the greatest qualities of leather is that as it gets used, the worn look gives it character & actually makes it look better! However, if any of our items don't hold up to your standards or appears to be defective for any reason, you are welcome to mail it back to us for repair within the first 90 days of receiving it. Contact us using the "Contact" tab at the top of our website to see if your item qualifies for repair & to get our mailing address. Any issues beyond 90 days will be considered everyday wear & tear, but please contact us & we will do our best to work with you!
