WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Typically, our processing time is 1-3 business days, but may be longer during certain periods. Check our shop announcement or listings for details.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED BY THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE?
Please remember that expected delivery dates are only an estimate, not a guarantee. Many factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days, just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution.
WHAT IF MY ORDER SHOWS AS “DELIVERED”, BUT HAS NOT ARRIVED?
According to the USPS, sometimes an item can take up to 24 business hours after being marked as "Delivered" to actually arrive at the address. If an item shows as “Delivered” but has not arrived, we may ask that you wait at least 1-2 business days in case the item was scanned early. Also, make sure to check with any household members or neighbors who may have picked up the item without your knowledge. If you cannot locate the item by the end of the next 1-2 USPS delivery days, we can help you send a request to your local post office for detailed delivery information.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS MARKED UNDELIVERABLE?
Please double- (and triple-) check that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate before completing your purchase. If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Items will be resent at the buyer's expense.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us, and we will give you directions for returning the product to us. The item must be returned to us in an unused salable condition, and we will issue you a refund upon receipt. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE ORDERS?
We offer coupon codes for use on multi-item purchases. Please check our Shop Announcement for specific coupon codes. If you would like to purchase a larger quantity of stickers, please contact us, and we will provide custom pricing for you.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ITEM IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?
If you receive the wrong item, or your item is damaged, please don’t hesitate to let us know, and we will always take care of the issue for you. Simply send us a picture of the damaged/incorrect item within 7 days, and we will send out a replacement for you ASAP.

Our stickers are printed on high quality vinyl with a laminate coating designed to make them as water resistant as possible. For maximum longevity, gently hand wash. Do not soak.
