Your satisfaction is our priority. Please note our return policy: Contact us within 3 DAYS of delivery to initiate the return process. Returned risers must be in the same pristine condition, and the return shipping is at your expense. A 35% restocking fee, along with our shipping costs, will be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM ORDERS, INCLUDING SIZE CHANGES SPECIFIED AT CHECKOUT, ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Any riser that has a height that is double the width we will be adding a base or pyramid style base to it for safely and stability reasons.

Meet the Maker
What exactly are furniture risers and why would someone need them? The risers are ideal for users who struggle getting up from low beds and chairs, are tall and need a table/desk raised, need additional storage under a bed, etc. I have designed these risers to be able to hold 100's of pounds a piece. You simply put the leg of the item you are raising into the pocket (no tools needed). They are designed for stationary pieces of furniture only and for indoor use only.
Building furniture risers has become a real passion of mine, I have an Etsy shop with many repeat and satisfied customers. My name is Dave and I am 70 years young, retired from driving a cement mixer for many years. Working with wood has always been something that I have enjoyed.

Shop Policies
We do have a 2-6 day production time after the order is placed, all risers are made to order, nothing is pre-made.
If for some reason they risers do not work for you they can be returned however, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We do take a 35% restocking fee along with our shipping charges from your refund after the risers are shipped back to us (in the same condition they were received).
The risers must be shipped within 7 days of receiving them if they are being returned.
NO CUSTOM ORDERS can be returned (unless they were damaged by shipper in which case a claim would be filed since they were insured). A custom order is considered any changes
made to the size of the risers different from the drop downs listed.
We take great care in protecting the risers when shipping, wrapping them in bubble wrap and using packing paper to protect them.
If the risers arrived damaged due to shipper please contact us immediately with pictures of the damaged risers and box. All orders are insured so a claim would be filed.
Please be aware that due to computer monitors and phones the stain colors may vary from device. All wood stain colors will show some wood grain.
