i have been working with image transfer on dichroic glass for the past 2 years, and I have many silhouette designs , all my pendants are made in my studio in queen's ,new york (smoke free studio) .All pendants are fused and The glass is then annealed and slowly cooled for strength and durability. After cooling and depending how the piece results, it may require being shaped and trimmed, then put back in the kiln and "fire-polished" to a smooth finish.

Dichroic glass is a high-tech spin-off of glass used in the space industry. The impressive brilliance of Dichroic glass can only be experienced first hand .The colors are very vivid, metallic and change according to the angle they are viewed from.
