Terms & Conditions:

When you place an order with my shop Go Wire Wrap Lisa, you are accepting my Terms & Conditions on purchase of my product(s).  When you place an order I will need your full name, address, email, credit/debit card information.  This information is processed securely through Stripe.  A full-stack payment processor based out of San Francisco, California. 

When your information has been processed, I will notify you of receipt of your order.  You will be able to check if all the details are correct.  When your order is ready and has been posted I will let you know by email address that you have provided to me.  All personal information is kept secure and private.  Go Wire Wrap Lisa will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent.  

Payment:

Payment for all orders is at point of sale.  Payment is made using my online payment service. (Stripe) You can pay by credit or debit card.  Types of cards that is accepted, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, Google Pay, Apple Pay. 

Sales Tax (Washington State Residents Only) & Shipping:

The total cost of your order is the price of the product ordered with sales tax. Sales tax is only included in your order if you are a Washington State resident as where my business is located.  Sales tax is currently at 9% percent. I use USPS First Class Mail.  I ship in a small bubble wrap mailer & most of my items are no more than 4 ounces which keeps the price of shipping down for all of my customers. 

Shipping Times:

I use USPS 1st Class Mail 2 to 5 Business Days. Holiday delivery could be a bit longer, so please take this in consideration.

Processing Time After Receive Of Order:

1 day processing time Monday through Friday.  I ship after receiving full payment of product. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday. I will ship the following Monday.  This is due to small rural post office being closed on the week-end.

All pricing published are set by Go Wire Wrap Lisa, a registered trademark company in Darrington, Washington.  All items are in United States Dollars. All items are handmade by me. Artist & Jewelry Designer.  Each product purchased is sold subject to it's product description, but please remember handmade is not mass produced.  All wire wrap jewelry is subject to change for on sale items and at my discretion.  

Guarantees:

I guarantee that my product is all handmade.  The glass pendants are hand blown high end fused glass or art glass.  The setting I use to set the glass is all done by hand using a cabochon setting that I create using wire that is specialty made for wire wrapping.  The process takes 1 to 5 hours per pendant depending on what I am working on.  

Returns & Refunds:

I hope you will be happy with your purchase from Go Wire Wrap Lisa, but understand you may change your mind and wish to return an item and or seek refund.  The minimum cancellation period is 14 days.  This starts the day you receive your product.  You must return the item to me free of any defects. No scratches, dents or missing beads to receive full refund and shipping paid back to you.  Shipping must be through USPS First Class Mail to receive shipping refund.  If you use another service I will not refund you on the shipping.  

Changes In Agreement:  

Go Wire Wrap Lisa Terms & Conditions set forth here may change at my discretion.  Upon changes to certain policies as my small business grows & new laws are set in place in accordance with selling online.
