About this Product
This is the Ancient Egyptian game of Senet, a game that originated around 3,500 years ago. In 1922 Howard Carter discovered the Tomb and Tutankhamun and inside were four separate Senet game boards of different sizes. Clearly it was the Kings favorite game and since then it has held a special fascination with historians and game enthusiasts.
This version has a futuristic vibe to it, yet retains all of the mystical, beautiful symbology found in the originals from thousands of years ago. Made of smoked acrylic, the board features 30 squares and five symbols and comes with 10 pawns and Casting Sticks (not shown).
The board measures 12 x 4".
