Dog weight
Dog chest circumference (widest area)
Dog neck circumference
Dog back length from collar to tail
Dog arm length from armpit to ankle
Distance between two arms from the front
What sports team you are looking to have (Only if you aren't providing one. Please note that some sports teams are harder to find depending on location, so it might HAVE to be sent from you).
