This charm is a natural genuine Clear Quartz Crystal bead 12mm nestled between two floral bead caps along with a pentagram star (16mm). It is attached to a lovely hot pink break away collar and is great for cat's, puppies, smaller dogs. At its smallest it measure 8 1/4" and it expands to 12 1/2" and the width is 3/8 (10mm). The charm itself is approximately 1 1/4" (30mm) in length.

Cancellations: You can request a cancellation for the full amount up until the point of shipping. Once the postage has been acquired cancellation is not possible.

All postage for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer. Once an unwanted item has been returned to the seller a refund will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Information: Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail and United States Postal Service Priority Mail. In most cases, packages are delivered within 3 - 7 days from the ship date depending on distance for First Class and 1 - 3 days for Priority.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION - If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address that you provided, you may be responsible for any return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.

Lost Items: Once I have shipped an item I follow through by checking the progress of the package until it has been delivered.
