About this Product
Big Brother dog bandana is great for birth announcements and photo shoots.
It is comfortable and made from cotton fabric, it is not only fashionable but is adjustable with two sets of snaps.
The embroidery is not shown on the back, making it reversible.
SIZING
Please refer to the sizing chart in the photo section. Measure your pet’s neck where 1-2 fingers of space to insure comfortable fit.
MEASURING:
The bandana needs to hang comfortably on the neck when your pet is wearing it. Do not measure the tightly against the neck and if your pet has long hair (Fluffy) you may want to size up
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
I recommend hand washing and air drying.
Iron on the non-embroidery size or cover embroidery with parchment paper to iron

No returns or exchanges because each item we make is specifically made for you. However, you and your fur baby are very important to me.

Meet the Maker
My passion for sewing has been within me for over 50 years ago. I have great childhood memories of watching my mother sew my dresses. From then I started loving the color combinations, textures and was in awe seeing how beautiful large pieces of fabric were being cut and sewn together creating a dress. She was supportive of me and taught me the process and for many years as I sold at craft fairs, she was my biggest supporter working tirelessly alongside me.
For over a decade I began combining and creating designs with Photoshop, beginning my love of the sublimation process. I love making keepsakes and am happy to be able to offer them to you.

Order Cancellations
Orders begin to process as soon as possible after order has arrived, please contact me within 12 hours due to I normally began processing orders immediately after the order comes through for fast processing and mailing. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Contact me with any issues you may have.
Shipping:
I take pride in inspecting all orders before mailing them making sure your order is packaged with care. If you have a problem with your order and need my help, please message me.
All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of when the order was received. This allows time for me to handcraft and or embroidery your item(s), if your order is completed prior to the processing time it will be mailed early.
• Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• All postal delays and holidays are out of my control. Please take in consideration of creating and mail transit time and place your order in advance if you need things by a specific date.
Returns Policy
I don't accept any returns on custom or personalized items. This includes personalization, custom wording, sizes, and color ways.
• Any returns must be approved by me before you send them back, please contact me via message within 48 hours of delivery.
• Returns must be sent back within 7 business days of the approved return.
• Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Damage caused by the customer will not be considered as a reason for a product return.
Shipping Information:
USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and while I ship everything as quickly as I can I have no control over the date that a package will arrive. A tracking number is provided and is easy to track at USPS.com. Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office, I have no control over the information I can get from them.
If you didn't get the package but it was marked it as delivered, you need to contact your local USPS to see where the delivery was left. They have GPS on tracking and can see exactly what address the package was delivered to. If they made a mistake, they will have to help you get the package back. If the package was delivered to your address, they won't be able to help you. In cases where a package was delivered to your address, but you can't find it, I am not able to refund. Please file a stolen mail report with the post office and your local authorities regarding mail theft.
