How it’s Made
I made these earrings with 22 gauge sterling silver sheet I cut, filed and formed into 3/4 inch discs. Then I embossed the discs with the criss cross pattern. Next I oxidized the disks to reveal the design, then dapped them to give them a convex shape and punched the hole at the top to put the criss cross lines on the diagonal. I made the ear wires with 20 gauge sterling silver wire.
