This enchanting ceramic cauldron is a perfect blend of natural beauty and whimsical charm. At the heart of the piece is a handmade sculpted clay ghost, adorned with a delicate purple flower crown. The cute ghost is then sealed for longevity. On the bottom of the ghost itself, pressed flowers from my garden adding a personal, earthy touch. The ghost is surrounded by a lush, vibrant green moss that spills gracefully over the sides of the cauldron. This mossy bed is filled with real dried flowers, little yellow and orange mushrooms, and three sets of tourmalated quartz in soft pink and blue hues.
The flowers encircle the ghost, ensuring that the piece is captivating from every angle, making it a stunning display piece no matter where it’s placed. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail and balance, this cauldron is a low-maintenance beauty, with the dried flowers requiring no upkeep.

How it’s Made
I first started with sculting the ghost from air dry clay. Once dry she is painted and sealed. The flower crown was attached with each flower indivually(being they are so small tweezers must be used)Then the face hand drawn and the pressed flowers attached to the bottom of the ghost. The ceramic cauldron(pre-purchased) is filled with floral foam and carved to create elevation from the cauldron. Real dried preserved moss is attached. The ghost is the inserted into the center. The quartz crystlas are treaded with floral wire and attached to the top. Dried flowers are carefull selected for their size, shape and color and attached to the moss and foam. Last, but not least little faux mushrooms are chosen for their fall colors and carefully placed around the flowers. All the while keeping a balance for astetics. From start to finish this piece takes about 3 hours of hands on to complete.
