•Petti-Ruffle > Only the bottom tier has an "underskirt" (this is great if you are on a budget) this makes the skirt lighter weight which is great for the summertime or warmer areas.
•Full Pettiskirt > This has an attached full royal cobalt pettiskirt underneath the top skirt, this version is fuller as if you have a petticoat under a single skirt, and slightly heavier because it basically is 2 cotton skirts on top of each other.
