Shop Policies
Processing Time
Items take approximately 1-3 business days to process before being shipped.
Shipping and Handling
We ship to the United States only, usually within 1 to 3 business days if the item is in stock. Most items will ship USPS Ground Advantage, or upgrade to USPS Priority. We do not charge a "handling fee". All packages are sent with tracking, and are sent with $100 of included insurance.
Refund and Exchange Policy
As a small business, we stand by our products. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right. If you need to exchange your item or are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, I offer refunds and exchanges. The piece must be in its original condition and returned within 21 days of its purchase date. Please note - Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for returns and exchanges.
