Welcome to Cutest Kids Keepsakes! Some quick info to know about purchasing our handmade items.
When you place an order with us, we kick into high gear, working hard to design, create, and package your handmade item. We're quick and have your purchase created and ready to hand off to USPS within 1-4 business days after your purchase. We don't ship and then quit - we stay in touch through your package delivery. Any issues? No worries! We check in with you after delivery to make sure everything arrived safe and sound.
USPS is our reliable partner in shipping, and they're pretty speedy too! On average, it takes them just 3-7 mailing days to deliver your handmade goodies. Of course, we're crossing our fingers for smooth sailing, though keep in mind sometimes holidays and weather can cause a little hiccup and delay transit.
While we and USPS are a fantastic team, there's one thing we're 100% transparent about - we can't control USPS delivery dates. So while we can't guarantee USPS delivery dates, we can tell you that we will always ship within our 1-4 day creation and shipping timeline. We'll be checking in with you so you know when we ship and provide your tracking information.

How it’s Made
Picture cabochon is created using a metal base, high quality photo paper, covered with protective mylar. No glass is used, keeping the kiddos safe. Charm pendant is then strung onto my necklace. The necklace is soft chiffon ribbon and 2 cotton cords. Everything is hand created by me, in my home studio in the beautiful state of Nevada, USA.
Shop Policies
All sales of personalized and custom items are final. If Cutest Kids Keepsakes makes an error on a personalized or custom order, please contact us upon delivery of the item and include a photograph of the issue. We will rectify the error by remaking and shipping the item at no additional cost to the customer. Alternatively, we reserve the right to issue a refund at our discretion.
All sales are final.

When adding to cart, read the description from my drop down option. Example: a listing may have a photos of a pink and purple lid on my waterbottles - if a blue & yellow lid is desired, click on the blue & yellow option from the drop down menu, etc.
☑️ All 16 fluid ounce water bottles have lid color options - choose the color in the drop down.
☑️All necklace pendant have the color option of a pink or white necklace.
☑️ Most ornaments are personalized- Please double check your entry for typos. We do not recreate items free of charge due to Buyer's mistakes.

My package was shipped with insurance, what do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact me via messages within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of:
‣ Photo of the damage.
‣ All inside and outside packaging & box showing the shipping label.
Insurance carrier rules: All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of (thrown away), released to the shipping carrier, nor returned to the seller, until the insurance carrier completes the claim.
Customer will be required to complete an online affidavit.
Failure to comply with the above can result in the denial of a refund or replacement.
I think my package was lost in USPS transit // Stolen after USPS confirms delivered // First Class is now "Ground Advantage"?
If your package has been Lost in Transit, reach out to us. Together, we'll initiate an insurance claim. Kindly note that the refund process will be subject to the discretion of the insurance company.
Tracking shows delivered, Buyer can't find it. Items shown as delivered via USPS tracking are considered delivered. Cutest Kids Keepsakes recommends Buyer contact their Local USPS PostMaster by phone or in person. The PM will need the tracking number, nothing more. Ask the PM for the GPS location of delivery, confirm that's the ship to address in the purchase receipt from Etsy. Work with your PM.
Cutest Kids Keepsakes will not replace items free of charge, once USPS confirms delivery per tracking.
First Class is now called "Ground Advantage"? Yes, only the name has changed.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING: What is Cutest Kids Keepsakes processing? What is the estimated delivery date shown in a listing?
★PROCESSING: time an item waits in line for creation, created, and packaged for shipment. Average processing time is 1-4 business days and no more than 7 business days.
★CREATION TIME: Business Days, Mon-Fri.
★SHIP DATE: Located in customer's receipt. Items are shipped on that day or sooner; excluding weekends and holidays.
★Cutest Kids Keepsakes doesn't accept "Need by date" as I don't have control over USPS.
★Cutest Kids Keepsakes is not responsible for when USPS scans in an item as received or delays.
★Cutest Kids Keepsakes is not responsible for lost or stolen items after tracking shows delivered.
Change of address || Items returned to Sender || Postage
Cutest Kids Keepsakes/I will not be held responsible for USPS or customer's errors in transit or delivery. On occasion I'll change address to the USPS verified address.
Items shipped--Customer can contact USPS to reroute the package, place a hold, or pick up in person. Customer is responsible for the information provided and any fees charged by USPS.
Items returned to Sender (Cutest Kids Keepsakes) will be reshipped once received & Customer has paid reshipping fees. This fee includes items shipped free and as part of the $35+ ship free sale.
Custom | Personalized orders and What happens if customer provides incorrect info for a personalized order?
DATES - I create items using the date format shown in the listing photo. If customer would like a different date design, please send email before purchasing to inquire if it can be fit into the design. A design fee may apply.
NAMES - I spell names exactly as provided by the Customer. Including lack of, or use of all capital letters.
Customer gives wrong info: If item is created, I can recreate it. There will be a substrate charge between $3-$12 to cover the cost of a new item.
If the item has been mailed, customer can purchase a new item with the corrected info.
There are no refunds for personalized/custom purchases.
If I make a mistake - I'm not infallible - I'll most certainly cover it.
COLORS | VIBRANCY | COLOR HUES | VEWING DEVICE
What we see on a computer monitor, laptop, smart device, tablet, etc is emitted light (a light source behind the object - illuminating the object from behind). What we see on a physical item is reflected light. The nature of both types of light and how our eyes react makes exact color matching impossible.
Every viewing device has different viewing settings. Every viewing device and search engine has different color calibrations.
Due to these inherent differences, we cannot guarantee a 100% color, vibrancy, or hue match. We ask customers to keep this in mind when placing an order. If a 100% color match is expected, we kindly ask customers to message us, so we can review how color calibrations work with illuminated vs. physical objects.
I checked Tracking, I don't see anything. What do I do?
‣Always allow USPS 24 hours and 48 hours(weekend) to scan in a package as received, expect USPS delays during the holidays.
‣The first package scan may NOT occur until arrival at the USPS Regional Hub near the customer's destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, USPS may not acknowledge receipt of the package.
‣The first scan of the package may not occur until postal worker actually delivers the package.
‣If after 20 days (domestic) and 40 days (international) a package has not been delivered, contact Cutest Kids Keepsakes. Together Cutest Kids Keepsakes and Buyer will file a lost package claim. This timeframe is 'automatic', Insurance company does not allow filing sooner than the time frame above.
Images, Coupons and sales, Etsy contact, Listings titles and descriptions, Terms of Service, Purchase Agreements
Any images not of my own design have been purchased and used with a commercial license.
Coupons and sales cannot be combined, one or the other is to be used.
