About this Product
Skadi is a jotunn in nordic mythology. Her name means harm - and shadow, and she’s a goddess of winter, the mountains, revenge, the cold, and darkness. She also embodies strength, courage, and endurance, and she lives in the highest mountains where the ice never melts. Her animals and symbols are the Arctic Fox, Snowy Owl, Snakes, Skis, bows and arrows, and hunting symbols, Snow, ice, stormy mountain peaks, harsh Winter landscapes, wild game, frost, she-wolves , huntresses and female fighters.
Working with her means being a warrior, unabashedly afraid to be yourself in all situations, but especially those where your personal power is being tested. Be swift like an arrow to protect your heart, and like an icy river, flow with the rhythms of life , unyielding to those who wish you harm.
This 5 oz deity altar jar is filled with things that represent Skadi, such as peppermint, spearmint and quartz, and has been extensively researched to be the best it can be.
Settling and shifting during shipping can happen, and is normal, and won't impact the meaning of the jars' contents.
Variations in jar shape are vendor dependent, but they'll always be 5 oz. The wax seal is a combination of blue and white, but please let me know if you have a preference whether I put more of one color into the seal over the other.
*Note* your jar will NOT have the black Curly Pagan tag on it; that's for watermark purposes only, and is not printed on the jars themselves.
*Wax color and seal color are completely customizable if you do not like the option presented in the item photos. Just let me know when you purchase!*
